Through insight-based inquiry and somatic practices, I help you recognize and release these patterns at their root.

This work goes beyond coping. I support you through the process of freeing you from the dynamics that keep you stuck. What emerges is a quieter mind, a more grounded body, and the freedom to relate to life without being pulled or pushed by it.

Something definitely shifted with that inquiry into the guilt- just been laughing for no reason,thoughts that would trigger the guillt now seems to make me want to laugh, feeling peace, joy and gratitude. All quite unexpected really, but very welcome! What a wonderfully powerfull process!

Just had my 4th session and I’m already seeing real shifts in my 4/5 reactivity. 

I started drawing this week, something I’d avoided for most of my adullt life. Being with yucky sensations is ok & doesn’t mean much.

I tried  it (the process) and she is a very helpful guide if you want to drastically cut back on suffering. Really recommend her

The Way I Work

We will work together weekly, 1 session of 60 mins. On top of this, I strongly recommend working on your own for 5-6 minutes a few times daily for faster progress.

The way I work is gentle and deeply compassionate.There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, no expectation to be anything other than where you are.

Most of the people I worked with understand themselves very well. They can explain their patterns in details, but understanding is not always the same as deconditioning
Through this process I support you in raising your baseline happiness and free yourself from the endless cycle of attachment-aversion dynamic.
Less energy spent on fear, urgency, guilt, doubt, or the need for certainty.                                                                                          More ordinary freedom, more clean action, more capacity to be present in your actual life.

In practical terms, that means we: 

  • identify the real trigger or “button” underneath the story;
  • separate direct experience from the narrative built around it; 
  • work with the emotional or somatic charge rather than endlessly analyzing it;
  • build the capacity to stay with the experience without needing to escape, fix, suppress, or spiritualise it.

Attachment-Aversion dynamics appear as misalignments between you and yourself or between you and the world.

FAQ

Is this therapy? Is this meditation?
It’s neither. It’s a form of coaching.

Who is this good for?
Mostly everyone that wants to free from reactivity (strong attached–averse reactions to triggers).

Do I need previous meditation experience?
No, anyone that is introspective, understands oneself, but feel stuck and wants a real change.

Why work with someone instead of doing this alone?
Good guidance shortens the loop of getting lost in the narratives and overanalyzing the patterns. 

Is it necessary to follow the whole process? 
I do recommend staying with the process long enough for change to become embodied.
